An Ode To Friendship

To all my fellow buddies, I am definitely sure the very thought of the word "Friend" would leave you imagine many things. But when you guys are asked for a description about them, we can just not start but wonder,  as from where to start and from where to end. Such is the beauty of Friendship which we share with our fellow persons. According to me, friends are a group of people, rising from various walks of life, gathered together as a unit, to deliver a relationship that is just beyond expression. Hope I have managed a definition.

Assembled together are we, to do the most silliest of things. Right from putting our dad's signature in the report card to bunking a class and supplementing a convincing reason for the same, everything is done under the name of friends. I had this crazy friend of mine who used to make our entire gang unite and catch up for a night show when the same was prohibited by our parents. The most comfortable people you can be with after doing the most craziest of things is among friends. 

 Why the writer took on friendship suddenly, and writing so much of emotional stuffs would be a doubt that might rise. Everything that we do are a form of inspiration obtained after seeing many incidents happen. You have no words to express but just share the incident occurred to your fellow mates. 

There was once a guy in the crowded metropolitan city. He grew up with the city becoming his native. This guy was never choosy among people and treated all the fellow buddies at the same level. He always used to crack jokes, fun unlimited was he.

Having said these, the so named 'guy' according to the traditional society policies, managed to pass out with a degree and find himself with an handsome software job. With an amazing bunch of freshers surrounding him, he really loved the environment and the friendly nature of his helped him move through the bunch with ease. Having found a settled life, and things perfectly placed this guy happened to stretch himself comfortably when situations took a dramatic turn.

A sudden change in the company policies led to finding himself getting acquitted from the company. Giving a minimal compensation, was he thrown out making him gape at the new turn of events. Still he firmly believed there is some life left for us and we will still make it big in this  mad world.

The friends whom he got close with had words of inspiration, shared his sorrow but soon everything seemed to fade. The guys whom he was closely in touch with now seemed a distinct cry. The thought of being deserted cribbed him. He doubted the category of people, but they revealed under a specific day, just to show him what friendship was.

After a gap of 3 months, an important day in the guy's life came. The progress to the next age. Being out of touch he hardly expected anybody to wish him. There was only one friend who was in frequent touch, and he happened to be his company mate. So organised and planned was an unprecedented invite that made the lonely guy turn up-to the doorsteps of the company.

Lo, Behold!!. There was a huge cake in front of him and all the mates who he missed thoroughly was there in front of him wishing him happy success. That guy was floored completely and couldn't help but give a very broadest of smiles ever that could never fade. A remarkable and the most memorable day in his life it happened to be, he just threw himself off and joined in the ultimate company his friends provided.

What really has happened was the friends had a track of what the guy was doing and seeing an occasion to have a reunite, especially for him. They devised an extravagant plan and wished to surprise him on the particular occasion. They made a reason, brought him to the company and in front of him was a huge gathering. The gathering the guy totally missed. Everyone was there. 

The guy happened to be the writer and even today, he is very much swept off his feet. This is just a dedication to friendship. Only friends can plan an extravagant event for any person. They value the qualities of that person and that really is a tribute to their relationship.
